Cisco IOS & MICE Router Server's Issue Resolved

by James Montz

Jay found a minor issue with Cisco IOS and the MICE Router Server's (BIRD). As Mike H. pointed out, this was posted to the LinkedIn group, but not the ListServe, so re-posting here. http://mankatonetworks.com/wordpress/?p=14&goback=.gde_3000346_member_41134… <http://mankatonetworks.com/wordpress/?p=14&goback=.gde_3000346_member_41134…> "...the BGP session immediately dropping after establishment... ...Cisco enforces that the peer AS needs to be in the AS_PATH..." --------------------------------------------------- *James C. Jeremy, That sounds great to me. I'd really prefer to use the fiber even though it will cost CNS more monthly for the cross connect. The switch is the top one in the CNS space. It is labeled MICE2. I happen to be going down to 511 within the next hour. If you need a remote hand plugging things in, I would be happy to donate, and install a singlemode (1000LX) GBIC.
