This is complete. This should close out the renumbering project, the route servers have no notion of the old IP addresses anywhere now. Everybody should also do cleanup on their side, removing all secondary old IP addressing, so that we can return Airstream's IP blocks and they'll be clean for routing among all of us. Can someone update the peeringdb listing with the new IP's? Mike Bushard, Jr | Network Engineer IV | Arvig -----Original Message----- From: MICE Discuss [mailto:MICE-DISCUSS@LISTS.IPHOUSE.NET] On Behalf Of Doug McIntyre Sent: Wednesday, January 23, 2013 2:47 PM To: MICE-DISCUSS(a)LISTS.IPHOUSE.NET Subject: [MICE-DISCUSS] MICE renumbering project -- final cleanup 1/26/2013 I guess this slipped off my radar, meant to do this sooner. On Saturday, 1/26/2013 between 11:30PM and midnight, I'll be doing the final cleanup of renumbering on the MICE route reflector servers for the MICE renumbering project. This will be removing any trace of the old IP addressing off there, and rebooting each server in turn to clear everything out, while also reconfiguring BIRD to drop the original session, only leaving the new ones going. Then we can return the loan of the IP address space back to Airstream and close out this project. Let me know if there are any questions.
