We can have a cash bar brought into the room, unless someone else wants to cover that. The questions I have before I make this all final is will enough members be able to make it and can we get the word out for enough potential members to come for it to be worth it? Maybe it won't make sense to do any of the real agenda, but more of a "come join the exchange" type of deal. I am trying to find a venue so I can see if Arvig will sponsor this one. So far the Holiday Inn has not responded so I am going to call some other nearby establishments today, or at least that’s the plan. I thought I heard some other members were checking also, but not sure who they are and if they have gotten anywhere.
