Arvig is up and exchanging traffic

by Mike Bushard

Hello, Just thought I'd let the group know that Arvig turned up traffic exchange this morning. Not all of our networks are live on the exchange yet, but we will add more soon. The power feeding the PEM was good, but I tried replacing the power cord anyway with no change. The light on the PEM indicating it was getting power was on and tracked power cord changing. The status light was still orange on that PEM thoughout my troubleshooting. I didn't try to reseat the PEM, but in my experience if it is getting power, but not powering, it probably is the PEM, and not a seating issue. -- Doug McIntyre <merlyn(a)iphouse.net> -- ipHouse/Goldengate/Bitstream/ProNS -- Network Engineer/Provisioning/Jack of all Trades ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the MICE-DISCUSS list, click the following link: http://lists.iphouse.net/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=MICE-DISCUSS&A=1
