What would the connection need to look like? Would the route to/from the test server show up in the route servers, require bilateral or new layer2? I agree it does not seem right, however I have talked to Google about it almost 10 times, and they find/fix other unrelated issues many of the times, however they still claim there is nothing limiting traffic below their 100G port speed. I have some networks looking for test locations. It might bring more eyeballs to mice.
