Oddly, our 511 to Mankato 10 gig transit is on that route - and it up and running. Possibly Zayo restored the protect path we had been getting from Neutral Path after I complained they took away our protect when they re-groomed us onto Zayo's native network? I just had a cross connect in Belle Plaine that took them 42 days to install. They were confused about how to install it since the procedure depends on which department manages the location.
