MICEMN.net Contact Information

by Matthew Beckwell

Someone (potential member) mentioned to me today that they couldn't find any contact information for MICE on the website. They're sort of right... If you look at the participants page, peering(a)micemn.net is listed there-- although it's not immediately apparent. Maybe it's worth adding a contact form or something on the main page, or a dedicated page? ~Matthew -- Matthew Beckwell - Senior Network and Application Engineer Advanced Integrated Technologies Office: 952-829-5511 x204 matthewb(a)aitech.net ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the MICE-DISCUSS list, click the following link: http://lists.iphouse.net/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=MICE-DISCUSS&A=1

Stellar Association connecting to MICE

by Steve Howard

Hello, Stellar Association (AS36374) would like to get connected to MICE. They will bring traffic to/from the following companies: Farmers Telephone, Federated Telephone, Gardonville Telephone, Red River Telephone, Roberts County Telephone, and Runestone Telephone. I have tentatively assigned them 10Gbps port 0/8 on the CNS MICE switch. Who does IP assignment & route server setup these days? Nope, ge-1/0/2 on the fiber ports. You won't be able to "see" it until an optic is installed. Hey route server admins, can somebody look to see if the Arvig session is shutdown? Port comes up and I can ping the servers but no BGP exchange. Any chance we can add an MD5 password to the session also?
