We run batteries on our DC plant at 511 and they have drawn down to 38 VDC. I can’t believe anything in our cage is still operating. I don’t understand why Cologix UPS and generators aren’t running down there.. Our NOC got ahold of Cologix and confirmed they are having issues on site. Unsure what exactly is happening, but it is a problem at the Colo and not with MICE. It sounds like the firewall power supply must be dead. Our tech said there are no lights on the firewall. He checked the power cable which looks good.
