Game or Apple update traffic spike?

Our transit traffic is way up today compared to normal. It started around 1:30am and we're at levels now that we normally see at 9pm for transit. Our peering is at a normal level. Lots of traffic from Edgecast and Akamai not coming through the IX but through our HE connection. Is there a new Apple release or something? As a result of these discussions, two new policies will be implemented in the coming weeks. These new policies may impact you, your downstream customers, and your automated SWIP scripts or email templates for detailed reassignments and reallocations. The changes to our systems required by these policies will be deployed during our next release cycle, scheduled for the week of 30 March 2020, as previously announced. When the community-driven policy changes ARIN 2017-12 and ARIN 2018-5 are implemented, organizations will be unable to create Points of Contact (POCs) or Organization IDs (Org IDs) for organizations other than their own. A recipient organization must create an Org ID and POC with ARIN before receiving a reassignment or reallocation. Since there is a lot of shared interest in this. Our updates from Zayo. 0329 They still have not been able to locate the hand hole they have to access. They have contacted multiple people on this, including the people that installed the fiber path and have had no luck finding this. They are continuing to work on this and hope to have better results soon. 5:01am update from the ticket They still have not been able to locate the handle hole. The vendor that laid in the cable, they were finally able to reach the people that did it and they provided our OSP the GPS coordinates for the hand hole and the distance out from the nearby fence line that the cable should be.
