This was sent around 7:30 Our OSP called and noted they have found the damage. We see this at the intersection of highway 169 and Military Rd. Cable was hit by a utility company installing conduit. Underground crew will be there in 30 mins. Splicers will be there in 90 mins. We have called in emergency locates cause this is direct buried fiber. Looking at the MICE weathermap, it looks like most everything is up. I believe there was a fiber cut around that time a bit south of Mankato.
