I just had a cross connect in Belle Plaine that took them 42 days to install. They were confused about how to install it since the procedure depends on which department manages the location. Same trouble with them at their Rochester datacenter. They're trying to raise rates over 30% on us for colocation. Also quoting 30 days for cross connects. Very poor service and company overall. They are total bullies on the billing side of things.
