We (mice) lost Amazon and Cloudflare peering in MSP this afternoon. We're also seeing intermittent hits on Arvig circuits to/from 511 for the last couple of hours (legacy Arvig not windstream, so it could be Zayo). There is an aerial Windstream fiber cut between Waterloo IA and 511. Replacement fiber is in place and awaiting new splice cases and splicing. Does that geography tie to the issues you see?
