Re: MICE 3 Location
by Reid Knuttila
James,
I apologize for the problem. We had a technical issue with the
videoconferencing from a far-end and we were under the mistaken impression
that there was only one videoconferencing participant. We'll work on a
better process for the next meeting.
Thanks,

The front desk person will be available to check you in for the whole business day, so there's no problem there.
By the way, as an educational outfit with confidential student data, we have some security practices which include asking you check in, in which case you'll be given a handsome TIES visitor badge made just for you, perfect for a meet and greet event!
In case they haven't labeled the event correctly as "MICE" they might still have it under my name.
I hope that answers your question.

The elevators immediately across the hallway from the main area will get you to the 4th floor, or you can take the stairs, too. The board room is immediately across from the elevators on the 4th floor (it's a floor with only three rooms – you can't miss it).
We have scheduled the conference to start at 2:50p.m and end at 5:15p. To join the conference, connect to 206.131.133.9 and enter the conference ID # 8955. Let me know if you have any questions.

James, Anthony, you have your data so far, I'll send you hostnames in a

Mr. Howard, I will send you DNS updates as well so that things start to
work for those working on the BIRD config.

That's a good idea.
Yes, multiple ethernet interfaces are there.
I can probably provide the network for them easily enough.
BTW: servers are 98% ready to move but my vacation hit after that short
week and catchup.
I'm back in the office on Tuesday and will hopefully have them moved over
