They have 2 connections, and 2 sets of IPs (2 IPv6 and 2 IPv4). Everyone should peer with both sets of IPs. Currently 1 connection, and the corresponding 1 set of IPs is down, so as long as you are peered with the other set as well, all of the traffic should shift, and there should not be a problem.
