US Internet has a fiber circuit from Minneapolis directly to Chicago and it is working fine. Dakota Central reports that a major internet outage has been reported upstream from the networks between Minneapolis and Chicago. "We have been informed that the issue is being worked on, but we have no estimation of when it will be resolved," the company states.
