A draft standard approved proxy form would be helpful. I just looked up Code42’s AS number and the contacts are all roll accounts. We can get a draft letter printed on corporate letterhead and signed by the CEO. You need to be authorized by the ASN owner to vote on their behalf (usually an employer). You will implicitly assert that when you cast your vote. If you're casting a vote as a proxy, I'd strongly recommend having something in writing from the network. I believe you just need to state you are a representative of the AS. Only if there is conflict will it be disputed.
