We sent a quote to the board members for support renewal on 10/27 and never heard anything back. Support has expired on the switches but can be be brought back under support - typically for a pro-rated cost. I'll get the new cost and we'll send it again. As for a request for support information - neither Levi or myself received any such request. We'll be more than happy to supply it to whomever needs it - just let me know who. I would like an update on our Juniper service contract. I know when Anthony had some switch issues, he was looking for the information from Mankato Networks so he could contact Juniper, and I am not sure if he ever got it or not. Either way, I would like to make sure the service contract info is available to all of the people who have access to the switches.
