Looking at the graphs, pretty indicative of some flooded traffic on all of the ports. Odd traffic and flapping

There were strange bursts of traffic yesterday on our MICE port, and we saw the port flap three times over night. I didn't see any messages about maintenance or an outage on announce or here.
