It wouldn't surprise me if the link is completely saturated. I agree the University/Gigapop should move and/or we should add another 10Gig link between the CNS and main switches. It wouldn't surprise me if the University needs to add a second 10Gig connection!

Yes, it looks like the link is near maximum capacity and the State of MN link is using 6.5Gbps on the inbound side alone. Hopefully this can be resolved before peak hours tonight, or some of us will be forced to turn down peering until the congestion is alleviated to avoid customer issues.
