Our Cogent link at 511 has been stable recently, however we did have issues last Tuesday the 16th at approx 5:12PM CDT. cogent

I'm guessing someone else here is using Cogent - from 11:42 to 12:28 today everything going over cogent suffered pretty bad loss. My physical and logical infrastructure to MICE is the same as to cogent, and my MICE traffic was unaffected. Did anyone else notice anything like this? Thanks! Peninsula Fiber Network seems to be able to hit Marquette (also lists 511 as on-net through a partner - WIN long haul?) http://pfnllc.net/pops.php Appears that L(3), CenturyTel/Qwest and Sprint are around there too. Merit is doing a BTOP fiber build from Duluth/Superior to the UP and through much of the U, but the build doesn't actually go to Marquette, but maybe one of their commercial partners could help you though.
