It might be good to consider a local volunteer to help get it coordinated.
From experience, the UG meeting days are pretty hectic for the SC members. Also, having a hangout in a calendar invite a week or so before should boost remote attendance.

Few things I’d like to see on the agenda: - BGP communities on route-servers (need to formalize these, get them posted to website, and add proper action communities) - maintenance procedure discussion (advance notice, notifications, perhaps some sort of approval of major changes by the SC, etc) I’d tend to agree with Frank’s earlier suggestion of 5 days notice, and a “fixed” weekly/bi-weekly window where things happen. I would like an update on our Juniper service contract. I know when Anthony had some switch issues, he was looking for the information from Mankato Networks so he could contact Juniper, and I am not sure if he ever got it or not. Either way, I would like to make sure the service contract info is available to all of the people who have access to the switches. We sent a quote to the board members for support renewal on 10/27 and never heard anything back. Support has expired on the switches but can be be brought back under support - typically for a pro-rated cost. I'll get the new cost and we'll send it again.
