This discussion and voting is highly important to the MICE organization. Can you please make sure that all parties are notified by posting this to the MICE-ANNOUNCE list as well? I know that several people have only subscribed to the announce list in order to keep the volume of email smaller, but still would like to be informed of major organizational changes and meeting announcements. If the announce list is no longer going to be maintained, please send a notice on that list so that the subscribers can be informed of this change. For the vote at the next UG meeting, what credentials need to be presented by a member representative in order to vote? We are not sure who needs to be present at the meeting to vote for Code42. I believe you just need to state you are a representative of the AS. Only if there is conflict will it be disputed. Reid On Mon, Jun 29, 2015 at 5:53 PM, Dan Boehlke <dan.boehlke@code42.com> wrote:

You need to be authorized by the ASN owner to vote on their behalf (usually an employer). You will implicitly assert that when you cast your vote. If you're casting a vote as a proxy, I'd strongly recommend having something in writing from the network. Congrats on the new gig BTW. jay On Mon, Jun 29, 2015 at 4:53 PM, Dan Boehlke <dan.boehlke@code42.com> wrote:

Recommend we draft a standard approved proxy form or there will be issues w/proxy.

A draft standard approved proxy form would be helpful. I just looked up Code42’s AS number and the contacts are all roll accounts. We can get a draft letter printed on corporate letterhead and signed by the CEO. I was hoping to send the networking group's manager, rather than voting for Code42 myself. :-) C O D E 4 2 -- Dan Boehlke Senior Network Engineer dan.boehlke@code42.com<mailto:dan.boehlke@code42.com> p: 612-704-2890 On Jun 29, 2015, at 5:21 PM, Hannigan, Martin <marty@AKAMAI.COM<mailto:marty@AKAMAI.COM>> wrote: Recommend we draft a standard approved proxy form or there will be issues w/proxy.
