Both MICE route servers show good connections with 20940, and the traffic changed on MICE and the Gigapop at the same time (see attachments). Looks like Doug logged into the route servers at 10:25, about 30 minutes after traffic started dropping so that's a red herring. Akamai drifted off MICE at the same exact time.

FWIW: ipHouse Akamai cluster wasn't affected, but does a lot less traffic.
