Also note, xe-0/0/10 was previously allocated to Arcustech, LLC. They are not ready to connect yet and will request a port assignment when ready. Arcustech will retain their previously assigned IP information.

Specificly, make sure that you are configured to not send BPDUs. Right now, you are, and getting shut down due to that.
