I just made an updating pass through the participants list. It's now up-to-date to the best of my knowledge...except for 3 providers who should be up, but I can't ping at all. I left them listed as up for now, and emailed their contacts. I dropped the old IPs now that the renumbering is complete.* If you object, please let me know and I can restore my backup copy. * It is complete, right?
