And a bit more detail in my case, “… the Neutral Path Cabinet lost power from the Data Center due to the A and B breakers being tripped. [Redacted Zayo employee name] worked with the Data Center in order to restore power and we confirmed the span is back up.” I’ve asked how it is that both A and B power tripped. Jeremy received an update on this ticket, “Update: We have an outage on our end on Neutral path network. We are in process of dispatching a technician at this time. We will advise with an update soon.” And he also received info that indicates the issue is on the Cologix side of the link.
