Actually, it looks like something weird is going on with CNS' 10G it is bouncing back and forth between near zero and near 500M outbound since
I know there is a fiber cut up near Brainerd, the two events are probably related since much of CNS probably feeds through there... but the bouncing is odd if it's a plain-old cut.
But I'm not sure the 2G is real.
We've been close to 1.8 or 1.9 Gbps for the past few weeks so I'm reasonably sure about the 2 Gbps level last Thursday. Today's numbers are likely bogus because of the CNS issue.
