It's a hut. I believe it has two units. Probably a double failure of the units.

Oddly, our 511 to Mankato 10 gig transit is on that route - and it up and running.

 

Possibly Zayo restored the protect path we had been getting from Neutral Path after I complained they took away our protect when they re-groomed us onto Zayo's native network?
