Juniper Switch upgrade

Fellow Members, Anthony and I are looking for input on when to do the switch upgrade/change out. We are looking at the 30th of this month for the date of the cut. What are the general thoughts for time? Obviously during the day would be nicest for us, but we realize that may create issues for some members so we are asking for some input on a time. If your OK with a "Business Hour" cut, let us know that also.
