I think a global list of sources would be easier to maintain and document. Is NTTCOM no longer trusted? I took a look at the AS11232 customer cone and there are a few objects in NTTCOM but it looked as though all of them also appear in another database so I don't have strong feelings that NTTCOM needs to be included. Turns out correct prefix list can be generated using bgpq4 regardless of the order, so it's better to prioritize authenticated sources. In thinking about this some more... Is IXP Manager's behavior of per-participant IRR sources actually useful? In other words, what's wrong with just setting everyone to: ARIN,RIPE,LACNIC,APNIC,AFRINIC,RADB,LEVEL3? -- Richard ________________________________ To unsubscribe from the MICE-DISCUSS list, click the following link: http://lists.iphouse.net/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=MICE-DISCUSS&A=1
