We're currently in the process of a significant infrastructure upgrade, which involves relocating this circuit to our new fabric. Our team has initiated the turndown process, which will be followed by a cable migration. While we don't have a specific ETA for the completion of this work, please be assured that our team is working diligently to restore capacity as quickly as possible. No action is required from your end at this time. We will keep you informed of any significant developments or if any action becomes necessary.
