In the end this was a set of Zayo fibers that had been hit near the old Midwest Wireless (now Verizon) building in Owatonna, looks like everything was spliced together by 5pm.

Couple MICE items of interest this morning:
We're currently looking at a fiber cut in the Sothern part of the state that may affect MICE members, it's West of Owatonna and happened at about 11:15am. Folks in that area are investigating and I don't know any details just yet.
Also: MICE had a new peak traffic level last night: 11.39Gbps
