It appears as I can definitely make the meeting, however I will have a 6:29PM flight out, as I NEED to be back in NY the next day. My guess is that I will be able to show up EARLIER than 3PM, and stay until about 4:30 at the VERY latest...I also will come in on the day before if there is any value to that... The meeting is usually fairly short 45 minutes or so. Make sure to allow time afterwards for the social, that's the good part. IIRC, the social breaks up before 6:30 or 7ish.
