I am assuming we are tracking the same issue. 

Vast is responding to the cut according to our NOC. The Vast ticket number is 191229. Why Vast was responding or involved isn't entirely clear to me. 

We haven't gotten any updates either since around 5 PM. We have a circuit down in Tracy so would concur with Anthony's original statement. 

Our response was that the cut was somewhere between Windom and Minneapolis.....

Looks like there is a fiber cut on the Zayo (formerly Neutral Path) fiber path to 511 from the Western twin cities.  I jump on near Cologne so the cut must be East of there.
