I don't recall what model switch the CNS unit is – are they X2 based ports or SFP+ ?
If SFP+ I bet the Juniper switch would be OK with Cisco modules.

Wouldn't it make more sense to move Akamai to the CNS switch? i.e. Move one instead of two? The GigaPOP and HE both purchased their optics, so that could also become a factor in any changes.
Can Akamai connect to both switches at a 10Gig level? Perhaps that would be easier than moving anybody?
