Probably both. I was just looking around and noticed like we pegged some links around our network this afternoon and had some other issues elsewhere. Nothing like the stress of an iOS update to find your week spots. :-[
It looks like Hurricane traffic has picked up some, currently at about 5G egress. The Akamai cluster and Core-to-CNS links are running at about 7G right now and I'm not seeing any queue drops.
