I guess that's what I was really asking.  In understand the donations, etc... But what do those amount to (i.e. what are our true, underlying costs)

The growth rate is important as well... I'd like to understand our past growth rate and then we should try to estimate our future growth rate so we can be sure to build in enough overhead to cover that.
