So you would only be a "voting" member of MICE if you have a direct connect and pay fees then? Or would you then establish so type of associate membership?

Whomever handles those remote switches probably will need to do their
own thing.

ie: Nevin is my customer, MICE access is granted to all ipHouse
customers.  Period.  We won't be charging more.

If Nevin wants to direct connect then that's fine and he'll pay MICE
for the privilege (and probably have me do the crossconnect which I'll
pass through).

(an example, Nevin has his own voice and can speak up)
