A draft standard approved proxy form would be helpful. I just looked up Code42’s AS number and the contacts are all roll accounts. We can get a draft letter printed on corporate letterhead and signed by the CEO. I was hoping to send the networking group's manager, rather than voting for Code42 myself. :-) C O D E 4 2 -- Dan Boehlke Senior Network Engineer dan.boehlke@code42.com<mailto:dan.boehlke@code42.com> p: 612-704-2890 On Jun 29, 2015, at 5:21 PM, Hannigan, Martin <marty@AKAMAI.COM<mailto:marty@AKAMAI.COM>> wrote: Recommend we draft a standard approved proxy form or there will be issues w/proxy. You will implicitly assert that when you cast your vote. If you're casting a vote as a proxy, I'd strongly recommend having something in writing from the network.
