MICE UG 39

With NANOG happening this fall, it may make sense to schedule MICE UG 39 at the same time (e.g. Wednesday November 3, time TBD). That's not official yet, but tentatively "save the date". Thanks to the person who suggested this (off-list)! -- Richard
