Fiber cut?

Did anyone notice a fiber cut on Zayo's network between Le Mars and Sioux City around 2:45 pm? Our staff saw some damage south to their fiber of NIPCO, but it's possible that Zayo abandoned that stretch of fiber due to an earlier Hwy 75 road project. Regards, Frank
