IPv6 issues to HE over MICE

We are seeing issues with IPv6 traffic over MICE to HE, things are working fine over our customer link to HE. I've opened a ticket with them. We dropped our IPv6 peering overnight with MICE, but things might be getting worse as NDSU is reporting problems with there other providers that goes across MICE as well. FYI: Problem with 10Gbps link to CNS switch

FYI: There is a problem with the 10Gig link between the CNS switch (Ten0/9) and the Juniper switch (xe-0/0/29). The Juniper reports low receive light level and drops/restarts the link. After a few rounds of this, the CNS switch err-disable's the port due to link flapping. Our friends at Cologix worked on the fibers over the weekend, but there was no improvement. All, This message is to voice my voice support for the documents as presented to the group by the MICE board. The exchange has grown to become a critical piece of the internet and the governance documents need to reflect that growth. I believe that not moving forward at this time puts the exchange at risk of stagnation. Moving forward will also allow the Board to focus their efforts on outreach and growth. Thanks! Jay

I am pleased to announce that Edgeconnex Minneapolis has applied to be an extension node as per the rules we discussed at the last meeting. They will be providing us with the gear and connectivity to their site, and have promised to make a donation to the exchange as well. I should schedule up a time when I swap out the RR's with the new hardware. I have them ready, just need to get them there at online.
