MICE incident @11:47 CST

Anyone else have an issue? stats.micemn.net show spikes which would likely indicate a spanning tree loop or a broadcast storm. Thanks, Doug. All helpful. Neighbor ::1 and ::2 are shut-down for now to stop babbling errors. Dave is getting that ball rolling already on his side.
