8am 10x Route Server Traffic Increase?

Noticed at 8am this morning, traffic to the MICE route servers has gone from it's usual ~60k bi-directional traffic, to a sustained 800k-1000k of mostly traffic out to both route server ports. Might be nothing. Might be something (misconfigured?) ~Matthew

Anyone else who is peering with Amazon having issues with pulling up https://www.bop.gov? We have a customer who said they could access it last week, but not this week. We get the error listed below my signature. All the IPs for www.bop.gov resolve to something in 52.222.217.0/24, which is within the 52.222.216.0/22 that the Amazon peer is advertising to use Frank ERROR The request could not be satisfied. CloudFront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin closed the connection.
