Yes we need a complete policy from aplication to notification to connection.

Hello,
I was just asked by a potential MICE member who they should contact
about getting connected. I told them that I could help them, but I
don't know who the correct person is...
Is there a particular person or group (one of our committees?) that
should handle that? Should we make up an e-mail alias that we can put
on the website for people to contact?
What does everybody think?
